Your order

Your order will have a completion date. This will either be the collection date, delivery date or postal date. We normally have a 5 day lead time but this maybe longer at seasonal periods if this is the case we will inform you of our lead time.

Placing an Order

When placing an order please make sure that you order 2 weeks prior to the date that you require them, we will not except or take orders without 2 weeks notice due to the work that goes into making our cake pops.

Please note an minimum order of 6 cake pops is required 

Deposits and Payments

If your order is placed more than 2 weeks before the completion date a deposit of 25% is required at the time of the booking. Full cleared payment of the balance is required 2 weeks prior to the completion date.

If your order is placed 2 weeks prior to completion date then full payment must be made, if payment has not been made 1 day prior to completion date then your order will be cancelled.Gu

All payments made are non-refundable

If you cancel your order less than 2 weeks before completion date you are still required to make full payment of your order.

Allerations & Changes

Any proposed changes to the design and/or quantity of your order must be requested in writing no less than 7 days before completion date.

Collection & Delivery

If you choose to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage to your order once it has left the premises.  A signature will be required upon collection.

Popadoodledoo will deliver within a 10 mile raduis, delivery times & dates will be confirmed by email. A signature will be required upon delivery to say that you are happy with the order & will take resposibility for any damages once handed over.

Postal Orders

All postal orders will be sent via Royal Mail  1st class. For any urgent orders then Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm please note an additional charge will be added. We obtain proof of posting for all our orders. We will not be liable for any orders after they have been handed to Royal Mail or which maybe misplaced by Royal Mail.


Once your return is received and inspected we will send you a an email to notify you thta we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
