Delivery and Postage

Every order is appreciated and we package all of our orders with the utmost care.


Once you have placed your order you will receive your treats via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

Under normal circumstances, your treats should reach you within 3-5 working days.

All our postage prices are based on Royal Mail small package delivery for larger order delivery please contact us [email protected]

Returns of Damaged goods

If an item is damaged in transport, you will be offered a refund or exchange but proof of damaged goods will be required.

You must then return the item back to us using 1st class recorded delivery. We will reimburse the postage costs to you, the customer.

Non Delivered Goods

Please ensure that delivery information is 100% accurate as we cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery of goods for this reason. As the customer, you will be required to pay for goods to be re-delivered should they be returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Sales of Goods Act

We conform with the Sales of Goods Act in that we endeavour to give honest and full descriptions of all our products, provide goods of satisfactory quality and ensure they are fit for purpose. Please be aware that due the nature of our business each product is made to order so there maybe a variation in colours.
