As you place your order, let us know in notes the date that you would like your order delivered in notes. This must be no less than 5 working days from the date you place your order. If you don’t specify a date your order will be shipped as swiftly as possible (within 5 working days). At busy times of the year, our 5 working day despatch time may be longer but we will notify you of this in advance.
Placing an Order
We don’t have a minimum order value or quantity, but due to postal charges it’s better to order larger quantities. We are however more than happy to ship single item orders.
Deposits and Payments
Full payment will be taken at the time you place your order on our website. If you are considering a larger quantity, for instance wedding favours for 100 guests, please contact us and we will be happy to take a deposit with the balance to be paid at an agreed date before the order is manufactured.
Until payment is received, your order will be considered an enquiry and we will not manufacture your order until payment is made.

Alterations & Changes
Any changes to design or quantity must be requested at the time of ordering, or no less than 5 working days before the order is due for delivery.
Collection & Delivery
Normally your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or a courier. You may need to be at home to sign for your delivery or arrange for someone to be available to receive it.
You are welcome to collect your order in person. We will ask you to sign to confirm you received the products and are happy with them.
We do offer delivery in the local area (Berkshire, South Oxfordshire, East Wiltshire and North Hampshire). We will ask you to sign to confirm you received the products and are happy with them.
All postal orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class. For any urgent orders then Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm please note an additional charge will be added. We obtain proof of posting for all our orders. We will not be liable for any orders after they have been handed to Royal Mail or which maybe misplaced by Royal Mail.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days (but normally much sooner).
